  4. Oh wow, I've never really heard anyone address how when you're fat that's all you think is wrong with you. I thought it was just me. I've lost 15-20 pounds so far and I can firmly agree that even when you start losing it you just start finding other things you don't like about yourself. Before thought I would be perfect, but really even though I haven't lost THAT much now everything else about myself is wrong. (My face, skin, hair, etc.) So it's really comforting to hear you talk about it. Nobody ever seems to want to say it.

  7. All of this is me. I'm freezing, my hair is thinning, I don't know what "normal" is, and I look at EVERY MIRROR. Also, I can feel my lymph nodes, which is neat.

  8. Great video. I just started an 80% plant based diet, 20% animal products for health but the weight is coming off. I don't count calories but feel great!

  9. It was so easy for me to lose weight before but now I restrict my calories and weight doesn't go down anyway. But still I get about 80-90% of nutrients because I eat vegan, foods that has added vitamins, like fortified yogurts, milks, corn flakes, soy (it has a huge amount of omega 3 and protein).
