    i've been doing this for 2 weeks now, and my waist are getting slimmer and i already have the line like hers! i highly suggest doing this workout and also blogilates low belly flattener(?) and always eat healthy if possible.

    14 yrs old
    160 lbs(Jesus)
    5'4
    Stomach width- 37.5 inches(Fuck…)

    Activity: Freshman in highschool, I'm learning the guitar, I'm in marching band(I do colorguard) other then that I'm not really active. I spend most of my time doing homework and watching Youtube. My diet isn't as bad as it used to be. My mom packs my lunch, but I've been eating sandwiches and applesauce most of the time(hell I'm eating carrots right now)

    Hopefully I'll remember to write updates:)

  3. I really felt the burn with this. I struggled toward the end so I'm going to do this everyday until I can do it non stop all the way through. I can update on how I do if people want??

  4. Ok guys i've started this today and omg its so hard! I could barley do any of the exercises but thats okay because the more I do this the better I become! Ill try do this later on today 🙂 Ill update you guys! As far as eating im gonna try and cut out junk food and just eat mindfully 🙂

  5. Okay i’m being honest this did not give me and results , i ate healthy , and exercised this routine 3 times a day no results.
