  2. Ok I got it right on the 3rd time. Certainly it's better with red pepper flakes. Do you think that it's ok to make tangy mustard for barbecued pork chops? I'll make some today.

    p.s. 2 Do you think that dijon mustard would work better than regular mild yellow mustard?
