  2. Hi Peta its been a long time. I have a question. I have recently lost alittle weight not dieting just eating right since my breast surgery. I notice that my neck is getting a little wrinkles which I did not have before and I have been doing these exercises for a year. Any suggestions….I am starting over doing 50 every 2 weeks and changing.

  3. hello Pita. I noticed that series4 does not have a cheek or nose exercise. are we supposed to add or do a nose and cheek with this series?

  5. How many reps for each side, the regular 50 -100 -150 for each side (left, right & front), isn't that too much?

  6. Hi Peta, I'm having trouble with my neck exercises. I've been doing them for about two months and still no changes in tone. How long does it generally take for the neck skin and muscles to tighten up a bit? Thanks for your help.

  9. Hi Peta.  Where do we do the 20 second hold?  After each side and the front neck part or at the end and if it is at the end, where do we hold the pose?
