  1. The elderly are some of the least cared for, and forgotten about people. It's so sad. They are the reason we are even here yet we don't even appreciate these people. Nobody should feel alone

  2. This is a really insightful video. It's always great that the media care enough to shine a light on the plight of the elderly. I'm currently volunteering for a social initiative group in Singapore that supports the elderly called: https://www.facebook.com/sghearts/

We need to give more social assistance to the ageing populations in the world!

  3. you don't see that shit in the muslim world. muslims if they abandoned their own parents. they would go to hell. our family relations is important than anything.

  4. I feel so sad for this world. everyone is so sad and the world is such a cruel place full of grief and sadness and sorrow. what's the point?

  5. Third world countries aren't like this,Many people are so connected with their relatives and family members and neighbors but i guess it makes it Expensive to even imagine such in First world countries…

  6. I'm 12 and already feel very isolated from society. Yeah I have friends but I'm always kinda trailing behind them in like a triangle shape if you know what I mean like the two people in the front and me in the back. Not trying to get sympathy- I just need some advice on how to feel like part of the group

My mom gets worried about me since I have GAD (generalised anxiety disorder) and all I really do on a daily basis is wake up, go to school, come home and stay in my room either doing homework or watching YouTube and then going to sleep. Repeat.

I feel like I can't talk to anyone about my feelings or problems because I'll feel like they're thinking that I'm just whining and they'll call it hormones. I know it probably IS hormones most of the time but that doesn't mean I'm not lonely

  7. you certainly CAN get used to it…you accept that you are useless to others, cry for a minute, then start 10 hobbies. You WILL fall in love with 2 of them. Have routines. NEVER expect others to take care of, or pity you! Get your ass off the couch. Use the TV and music in the background.
I'm doing great….a few months of anxiety and fear, then resolution and determination. Now I'm painting, beading, doing my nails and toes, taking the bus to shop, walking, cleaning, whatever. Move past the self pity and make yourself happy.
If I can, so can you. Get up and stop whining…or get some drugs

  8. I don't regret moving in with my grandparents at all <3 They were so loving and caring to me when I was young that I grew so attached to them, I even cry if I come home and they're eating alone 🙁 I love them so much and I'm so lucky to still have them around 🙂
